Research & Education during a war – Insights from Ukraine

For the last 3.5 years, Ukraine has been under constant attack by Russia. Nevertheless, universities across the country have continued to operate, providing education and conducting research.
Two guests from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Ukraine in Kyiv will provide insights into how this was achieved in practice. Karine Malysheva, Associate Professor at the Department of Experimental and Applied Psychology, and Illia Zarubin, PhD student in Psychology, will share their insights into how universities can continue to fulfill their obligations in times of crisis. Additionally, Marius Boeltzig from the Department of Psychology at Lund University will share experiences in how to initiate contacts and carry out research together with Ukrainian partners. There will be short presentations and a Q&A.
We warmly welcome everyone to participate and ask any questions you may have!
Mikael Johansson, Marius Boeltzig and Linn Petersdotter from the Department of Psychology are hosting the event.
