PROGS’s Research Aims

The research group PROGS investigates social psychological explanations of the gender segregation in the labor market. Among our aims is understanding gender differences in career choice and designing and evaluating career interventions aimed at reducing barriers to career choice, caused by for example gender stereotypes.
