Travel grant

When you are nominated to exchange studies you can apply for a travel grant from the Department of Psychology. Post your travel grant application in the white letterbox outside room P126 before the 1st of November (planned exchange studies during the upcoming spring semester) or before the 1st of May (planned exchange studies during the upcoming fall semester). The refund may vary from one semester to another depending on the financial situation and number of applicants. A letter informing you of the decision taken by the international committee will be sent to your postal address. The travel grant is paid retroactively.

When you come home from your stay abroad, you should compile the decision letter sent to you regarding your travel grant and your travel receipts. Please write down your social security number, phone number, address and e-mail. Copy and place everything in an envelope. Post the envelope in the white mailbox outside room P126. The international coordinator will forward your statement to the financial administration. If you wish to have the money deposited in your account, you must fill in a Nordea form (more information below). Alternatively, a giro will be sent to your specified postal address.
