Examination

Examination forms

Examination requirements and forms vary from course to course. However, a written examination is usually held at the end of each sub-course, with the opportunity to retake the examination after five weeks. At the end of August, so-called catch-up examinations are also offered, which means that all courses given during the past academic year can be examined.

Some sub-courses also offer other forms of examination, such as ongoing oral or written examination, i.e. you are examined continuously during the course, for example by actively participating in compulsory seminars. Other common forms of examination are essay writing, project work and home examinations.

Exam results and reporting

The grade is entered into Ladok once the examination has been assessed. You always have the opportunity to contact the examiner to review your examination. The examination is then archived at the department for two years. You find your written papper exam at the Examination Desk.
