The network of sport and exercise psychology

The network of sport and exercise psychology strives towards a better understanding and development of a psychological perspective in relation to physical activity, exercise and sports. Examples of research areas are:

  • leadership
  • talent development
  • career development
  • group dynamics
  • prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries
  • psychological skill training
  • psychological effects of physical activity, exercise and sports.

Our starting point includes a focus on performance as well as health. In addition, research and theory based applied sport- and exercise psychology is of great interest.
