Internship

In semester 5 of the behavioral science program, students can choose to do an internship at a workplace. For those of you who want to take on an intern, this means that you will receive an employee with broad behavioral science expertise with an in-depth understanding of one of the subject areas of psychology or sociology.

Based on previous years' internship collaboration, we have been able to see the behavioral scientist's expertise used in, among other things:

• personnel issues and HR
• recruitment
• operational development
• security
• probation
• sustainability development
• coaching and social support
• communication, PR and marketing
• investigation work and research activities

What the internship place must be able to offer are tasks that clearly involve behavioral science expertise. There must also be a supervisor throughout the semester who takes specific responsibility for the intern.

You can see which other organizations have chosen to receive our interns, sometimes more than once. The internship collaborations have led to, among other things, more collaborations, new employees, new insights, a book release and media attention.
