This week Oscar Kjell at the Department of Psychology received a post doc by Vetenskapsrådet, the Swedish research Counsil.
These are his own words about the postdoc project:
The postdoc project further develops and evaluates a method to quantitatively measure, differentiate and qualitatively describe psychological constructs related to well-being and harmony in life. The method uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyse individuals’ open-ended text descriptions as well as their social media data such as status updates from Facebook.
The project is in collaboration with Andrew Schwartz at Stony Brook University’s Computer Science Department and Isabelle Augenstein at University of Copenhagen's Computer Science Department.
